Request account deletion for Solvv Lifestyle. Follow the steps below or contact support for assistance.
How to delete your account
- Open the Solvv Lifestyle app on your device.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Account, then Delete Account.
- Review the information shown and confirm deletion.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What happens to your data
Data that is deleted
- Account profile and login credentials
- Booking history and appointment details
- Order and purchase history
- Event tickets and saved preferences
- Active memberships and subscription details
- User-generated content (reviews, saved items)
Data that may be retained
- Anonymous analytics data for up to 30 days (for statistical purposes only)
- Payment and transaction records for up to 60 days (required for regulatory and fraud-prevention purposes)
