4. Bookings, Orders & Tickets

• Transactions are between you and the respective merchant or event organizer
• Solvv facilitates the transaction but is not the seller of goods or services
• Cancellation and refund policies are set by individual merchants
• You agree to honor confirmed bookings and attend events as ticketed

5. Memberships & Subscriptions

• Membership plans are offered by individual merchants
• Subscription terms and pricing are disclosed at purchase
• You may manage or cancel subscriptions from your profile

6. Payments

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. You agree to pay all charges associated with your bookings, purchases, tickets, and subscriptions. Prices are set by merchants and may change without notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with the platform's operation or security
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content without permission
• Harass merchants, staff, or other users

8. Intellectual Property

The Solvv Lifestyle app, logo, design, and content are owned by Solvv and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.

9. Disclaimers

Solvv Lifestyle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.Solvv does not guarantee the quality, safety, or availability of merchant services, products, or events listed on the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solvv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or transactions with merchants.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the app or by contacting support.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Solvv Lifestyle after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
