Solvv Lifestyle may send you promotional communications about local businesses, events, membership offers, and app features. You are always in control of these preferences.

Types of communications

• Push notifications — Booking reminders, order updates, event alerts, and promotional offers
• Email — Newsletters, special offers, and product updates
• In-app messages — Personalized recommendations and merchant promotions
• SMS — Optional text messages for time-sensitive booking and event reminders (where enabled)

How to manage your preferences

You can update your marketing preferences at any time:

1. Open the Solvv Lifestyle app.
2. Go to Settings → Notifications.
3. Toggle individual categories such as promotions, event updates, and merchant offers on or off.

To unsubscribe from marketing emails, use the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any promotional email, or contact us directly.

Transactional messages

Even if you opt out of marketing communications, you will still receive essential transactional messages related to your account, including:

• Booking confirmations and reminders
• Order and shipping updates
• Event ticket confirmations
• Payment receipts and security alerts
• Account and subscription changes

Data used for marketing
